AdMonitor — Delete Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your data associated with the AdMonitor app.

How AdMonitor works

AdMonitor does not create its own user accounts. Sign-in is handled entirely through Google's official OAuth login ("Sign in with Google"). AdMonitor never sees or stores your Google password. Your refresh token is encrypted and stored only within your app session on your device; it is used solely, together with our backend server, to fetch your read-only AdMob reporting data.

Cached reports, charts, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

How to delete your data

  1. Revoke app access from your Google Account — go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find "AdMonitor" under third-party access, and remove it. This immediately invalidates your refresh token, wherever it is stored.
  2. Log out inside the App — go to the Account tab and tap Logout, which removes your session from this device.
  3. Delete local app data — on your device, go to Settings → Apps → AdMonitor → Storage → Clear Data (Android), or uninstall the App. This permanently removes all cached report data and settings stored on your device.

What is deleted vs. retained

Data typeStatusDetails
Google OAuth refresh token Deleted Encrypted and stored only within your app session on your device; immediately invalidated once you revoke access via your Google Account permissions page, and removed on logout or uninstall.
Cached report data (apps, ad units, network breakdowns) Deleted Stored locally on-device; removed when app data is cleared or the App is uninstalled.
App preferences and settings Deleted Stored only locally on-device; removed when app data is cleared or the App is uninstalled.
Your actual AdMob account & revenue data Kept This data belongs to your Google AdMob account and is retained by Google regardless of AdMonitor. See Google's Privacy Policy.
